This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.
2. What we collect
Account data
- First name, last name and username
- Email address and phone number
- Date of birth and gender — optional
- Profile photo and additional photos
- Bio, interests and social media links — optional
Authentication
- Your password is stored only as a hash. Neither we nor anyone else can read it in plain text.
- If you sign in with Apple or Google, we store only the corresponding identifier.
Location
- We use your device's approximate location only while the app is open
- Purpose: showing nearby businesses and Drops
- We do not collect location in the background
- You can revoke the permission at any time in your device settings; the app keeps working, it simply cannot show you nearby places
Content you create
- Posts, comments and reviews
- Direct and group messages
- Photos and videos you upload
- Drops and events
Social connections
- Follows, blocked users, likes and saved items
Orders and payments
- Order and reservation history

- Service logs, for security and error diagnosis
3. Why we process this data
- To provide the service — account creation, ordering, reservations, messaging, feed

- Improvement — understanding which features work properly
Location and push notifications are processed only with your permission, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Who we share with
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.

- Cloudinary — photo and video storage
- Expo and Apple Push Notification service — notification delivery
- Resend — service email (e.g. password reset)

In addition:
- The business you order from receives your name, order contents and any note — in order to fulfil the order

- Authorities — only where required by law
5. Privacy controls
You control what is visible, inside the app:
- Private account and follow approval
- Separate toggles for showing your orders, location, birthday, age, social links and last-seen time

- Blocking other users
6. How long we keep data
- Account data — for as long as the account is active
