1. Agreement

By using Pulse you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Who may use Pulse

• You must be 16 or older
• The information you provide at registration must be accurate
• One person creates one personal account

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password safe
• You are responsible for everything done through your account
• Tell us immediately if your account is used without your permission

4. Prohibited conduct

The following are not allowed:

• Impersonating someone else or falsifying your identity
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination
• Posting illegal, violent or sexual content
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, advertising without permission
• Infringing someone else's intellectual property
• Circumventing security, automated scraping, load attacks
• Fake orders, fake reviews, fraud

We may restrict or delete an account that breaks these rules, without prior warning.

5. Your content

• Content you upload remains yours
• You grant us permission to display it in the app so the service can function
• You are responsible for having the right to upload it
• We may remove content that breaks these terms

6. Business accounts

• A business profile is kept separate from your personal profile
• The business is responsible for the accuracy of its own information, prices, menu and offers
• Verification is granted after our review; we may decline it

7. Orders and reservations

Important: Pulse is a platform that connects you with businesses.

• The seller of goods and services is the business, not Pulse
• The business is responsible for food quality, service and honouring reservations
• A business may decline an order or reservation
• We will try to help in a dispute, but we are not a party to it

8. Wallet and payments

• You can top up your wallet by card, through the bank's secure page
• Card details never reach us
• The wallet balance can only be spent inside Pulse; it is not a bank deposit and earns no interest
• Bonus credit, if granted, is spent before your real balance and cannot be withdrawn
• Refunds are returned the same way the payment was made
• Every financial movement is recorded in an immutable ledger

9. Testing phase

⚠️ Pulse is currently in a testing phase.

• Features may change or be temporarily unavailable
• Test data may be deleted
• The card payment system is in test mode — no real money moves
• Please do not rely on it for real financial transactions until we announce an official launch

10. Ending the service

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may restrict access if these terms are broken
• Financial records are retained for the period required by law

11. Limitation of liability

• The service is provided as is
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not responsible for the actions of businesses, outages of third-party services, or disputes between users
• Our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes are heard in the courts of Georgia.

13. Changes

If we change these terms we will update this page. For significant changes you will be asked to accept them again in the app.
